Pearls of Vojvodina - Sremski Karlovci, Petrovaradin and Novi Sad
Tour guide
Discover the cultural heart of Vojvodina on this full-day private experience combining history, architecture, wine tradition and stunning Danube views.
Your journey begins in the charming baroque town of Sremski Karlovci, often called the “Serbian Tuscany.” We stroll through the main square, see the famous Karlovci Gymnasium, visit St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, admire the Town Hall and hear the legend of the Four Lions Fountain.
Wine lovers can choose an optional wine tasting (extra cost), including the famous Serbian Bermet, a unique dessert wine once served at European royal courts.
Next, we visit the impressive Petrovaradin Fortress, built over nearly 100 years and known as the “Gibraltar on the Danube.” You’ll learn why the iconic clock tower is called the “Drunk Clock” and enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramic views over the Danube River and Novi Sad.
The tour ends in Novi Sad, where we explore the historic city center followed by free time for lunch, coffee or independent exploration.
