I am Fulvio Lo Cicero, a chef and culinary guide based in Palermo, specialising in authentic food experiences. I host dinner parties at my home, cookery classes and city centre street food tours aimed at visitors wanting to explore Palermo's traditional cuisine, historical markets and distinctive flavours. With experience of Sicillian cooking behind me as well as appearing on "Dish is Europe" for 24 Kitchen / Disney +, it enables me to provide bespoke and immersive experiences suited to an International clientele. It is my aim to showcase Palermo through its food - professionally, meticulously and passionately.
